About Kids Development Daycare
Kids Development Daycare is a licensed daycare centre in Brampton close to Caledon and highway 410.
We are partnered with PIRS to work with children and we are a proud participant in “raising the
bar” and CDRCP.
We provide a clean, safe and educational environment for young children and their families. Our day care centre in Brampton offers children developmental skills that promote physical, emotional, social and intellectual growth. We believe in a supportive relationship with parents in that we welcome their positive involvement and presence at all times. In our environment, children will thrive and have the opportunity to blossom into responsible and contributing members of our society.

About the Director
Ravina Lalli, owner and director of Kids Development Daycare, is a Brampton born and raised woman, mother
of two children and wife to a supportive husband of 15 years.
Her educational career started off at Humber College where she graduated from the ECE program and then achieved a degree from York University.
Her passion for education and childcare was inherent in her from early on. With over 15 years of experience in the education sector, Ravina Lalli’s lifelong dream to open a daycare where she could provide enriching programs to children with diverse needs, came true.

- Working at Humber College as a Field Supervisor
- Working at Humber College and Seneca College along with 2 private schools
- Working with MP’s and MPP’s in the community
- Helping to train and mentor new graduates, students and employees
At Kids Development Daycare, we focus on the needs of the individual child by providing a stimulating
atmosphere for learning and an environment inclusive of love and respect. It is our belief that a
childcare facility should be an extension of each child’s family. Our staff are trained and are
proven to have excellent ability to work with children from all communities and backgrounds.

My name is Manreet and I am the designated supervisor at kids development daycare.
I am a registered Early childhood educator and love what I do!
I have worked with kids since high school, and throughout college. Helping children further develop their skills and watching them grow day by day is my passion. At Kids Development Daycare the priority of our children, staff and community is of utmost importance.

Our Philosophy
Our goal as Early Childhood Educators is to provide all the children at our centre with an enriched and engaging learning environment that promotes all children to learn life skills and social skills. Early childhood education prepares children for later education, develops selfesteem, trust, self-concept, independence and language.
At our centre having an enriched learning curriculum is mandatory. Children are encouraged to dissect their own interests and curiosities utilizing the high scope method. In addition to high scope Kids Development Daycare also promotes set routines for learning and will have designated activities for children to learn numbers, phonics, early reading skills and sight words along with other cognitive enhanced activities. With a touch of high scope along with set program routines, children will be lured to decision making, exploring and discovering, learning, and interacting with other peers and centre adults.

Kids Development Daycare strives to ensure children at the centre are encouraged to express themselves,
communicate in their own style and pace as well as maintain self-regulation. We have an
integrated program that involves diverse children with different skills, abilities and cultures that

We strictly follow all regulations set out by the CCEYA (Child Care Early Years Act), Ministry of Education, Region of Peel, Health Canada and all governing bodies involved.
We offer both full time and part time toddler and preschool programs.
We register children at 15 months and help prepare them for Junior Kindergarten.
Furthermore, we help with self-regulation, potty training, overcoming picky eating, phonics, social building, fine and gross motor skills and cognitive development.
